Ski area
Zillertal Arena starts in Zell in Zillertal and leads through Gerlos to Wald-Königsleiten and Krimml-Hochkrimml. Therefore it is the biggest ski area in Zillertal. Beginners and advanced skiers find what they are searching for on 150 piste kilometers. The snow certainty is close to 100% here. And ski tours up to 2.500 m give you the perfect skiing holiday for the whole family.
Zillertal Arena
The Zillertal Arena will start the winter season on the 7nd of December 2023.
Zillertal Arena is one of the biggest ski areas in Austria and covers an area of 20 km beeline. It connects Zell am Ziller in Tirol with Königsleiten and Hochkrimml in Salzburgerland.
The pistes in Königsleiten cover all the categories, from blue to black with a carousel of lifts, these include 2 gondolas. The slopes are all around the Königsleitenspitze (2.315 m) and the Gerlos-Platte. You can reach them all via „Ski-Aduct and the Gerlospass.
Advanced winter athletes get up to 150 km slopes with more than 51 lifts.
Arena Snowpark
Zillertal Arena presents the easy-medium Slopestyle Funpark at the Vorkogellift in Gerlos! Zillertal Arena already has been an insider’s tip for freeriders for years. But now even the real parkshredders find great freestyle fun on 150 km of slopes!
The snowpark has been designed and built by a boarders-playground-team around „Gogo“ Gossner and has something for everyone.
Lift Tickets
By request you can order your ski passes beforehand. This way they will be ready for you when you arrive in Königsleiten. You pay no administrative charge only a pawn for the ticket (€ 2,–). You will get them back at the end of the week. Thus you can directly go skiing!
